My name is Cindy Xu —

an aspiring user experience researcher interested in human-centered design and analyzing complex systems to create seamless, intuitive experiences.

Currently, I am a graduate student at UNC-Chapel Hill pursuing an MS in Information Science. My interests lie in human-computer interaction and usability research. I enjoy combining systems-level thinking with creativity to solve complex design challenges.

Prior to entering my graduate program at UNC, I graduated from UNC with a BS in Information Science and a BA in Music Performance.

Experience

Outside of school, I enjoy tending to my houseplants and building mechanical keyboards!

I run a small online plant shop as a passion project to share my plants with plant-lovers across the United States ♡
